Where are you based?
I am currently based in Brooklyn, NY at Siren Tattoo.Siren Tattoo is a private studio, located at 456 Johnson Ave, 228, Brooklyn NY 11237 - between Varick Ave & Morgan/Knickerbocker Aves.
Once you have arrived at the shop, buzz in for 228, and take the elevator up to the second floor. The unit is directly to the left as soon as you get off the elevator. Knock, and we'll let you in!
Siren is about a 5 minutes walk from the Morgan L stop.
If you get lost or have any other day of appointment issues, you can reach out to me through email or instagram DM. There is limited availability for street parking, so if you are driving, please allow extra time before your appointment.
Flash Designs
All flash designs are one and done. If a flash design that you like has already been claimed, or previously tattooed, I'm always happy to draw you something similar!Flash designs are priced at a flat rate which is based on size and level of detail. Sizing is flexible, and price point will adjust accordingly. My minimum for flash tattoos is $300. All pricing and custom designs are based on my hourly rate, which is $200/hour.
If you are interested in resizing a flash design, please let me know ahead of time. Major resizing requests on the day of your appointment may result in rescheduling, or incur additional cost.

Custom Work
To book a custom tattoo, please fill out my custom booking form or send me an email including your concept, placement ideas, and approximate size (in inches or centimeters), along with any reference images you are interested in incorporating.I am no longer taking custom tattoo requests via dm. Please contact me through email, or through my booking form ONLY with your tattoo proposal.
I don't start drawing or designing until we've discussed design, placement, size, and availability, AND I have received your deposit. Please understand that requesting a change in placement for a design after a consultation may result in additional drawing time, and the potential that your appointment have to be rescheduled for a later date. For major changes, an additional deposit is required.
During booking, I will provide an estimated time-frame for your tattoo. For custom work, I charge an hourly rate of $200/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
Deposits for custom designs are $250. All deposits for custom work are non-refundable. Please be fully prepared to commit to your tattoo appointment before you book.
Please note that I do not send drawings in advance for custom work, and I do not do color tattoos.
Cover Ups
Yes, I am happy to take on cover-up projects, on a case by case basis.For all cover-up tattoos, I require an in person consultation in order to see the original tattoo, take measurements, and discuss ideas. Please email me at reileyej@gmail.com with your general availability to set up a consultation.
Deposits
I require a $250 deposit to hold your appointment time. Deposits will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo. For multi-session pieces and other large scale work, your deposit will be applied towards your final session.All deposits must be placed through venmo or paypal.
If you are placing a deposit through venmo, please include your preferred appointment date and time in the memo section, with no additional text.
If you are placing your deposit through paypal, please ensure that it is being sent under the "friends and family" category.
All deposits for custom work are non-refundable. The only circumstance in which I will refund your deposit is if, I have a personal emergency or other reason to cancel our session together, and cannot reschedule you in the near future.
Deposits will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo, with the exception of rescheduling and cancellation issues (listed in Rescheduling and Cancellation section below).
Payment
All deposits must be placed through venmo or paypal.For the remaining tattoo balance I accept cash or venmo only.
Currently NO zelle, cashapp, or apple pay.
Cash is preferred.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
I require a 24 hour cancelation notice BEFORE the day of your appointment or your deposit is forfeit.However, I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. All clients are afforded one courtesy reschedule for a single appointment. Upon a second reschedule request, you will forfeit your original deposit, and be asked to place a new one.
If you are going to be late to your appointment, I ask that you reach out to let me know. You can contact me through email or instagram. Clients who are 15 minutes or more late to their appointment and do not reach out will be treated at no shows. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you deposit is forfeit without exception. Please do not waste my time, or yours.
